Our dog-friendly holiday home is located in a small, friendly, family-owned holiday park. There is a (seasonal) outdoor heated swimming pool. The clubhouse has a bar with patio area and hosts evening bingo, quiz nights and music events.

Fairway Holiday Park is less than a mile from the centre of Sandown and the beautiful sandy beaches that reach across the whole of Sandown Bay.
Within a mile of the holiday home are Brown's pitch and putt course, Sandown Pier, Sandham Gardens, the Dinosaur Isle museum and the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary.
Other attractions on the Island include Brading Roman Villa, Tapnell Farm, the Needles Park and the National Poo Museum.
The Holiday Park is right next to the Red Squirrel Trail which is a traffic-free, bike and walking route which takes you from Cowes to Shanklin and Sandown through the heart of the Isle of Wight's beautiful scenery. It takes in estuaries, woodland, farmland, downland and a stethch of the Island's fantastic coastline.
